Extra Ram in Task Manager

    Extra Ram in Task Manager


    I've installed 2 gig of extra ram on my pc and it shows up everywhere but in the Task Manager I only see the old 2 gig showing in the process page?

    The cap for windows 7 32 bit windows 7 is 4 gb. T help us help you better please fill out your system specs. Thank you.

    Yes I originally had 2 gig have added 2 making it up to 4 gig The Extra 2 gig shows up on my pc but is not running in the tsk manager

    You need the 64-bit version of Windows7 to use all the 4GB

    The 32-bit version will only use up to 3.25GB of RAM, but the actual usable memory may be lower depending on your hardware
