    ATI Drivers causing problem with RAID??

    Windows 7 :: Asus M3A / ATI SB600 / ATI Chipset RAID Drivers 64-bit

    AMD Processors Forums - RAID errors

    hi there;
    Im having problems with my RAID10 array.. and ive checked event viewer to see that things were peachy before January 20th, where there was some sort of ATI driver update that FAILED. now since then ive had drives falling in and out of my RAID10 array.. because it is in RAID10 Im still able to access my data but Both mirrors have dropped out. leaving me susceptible to a serious problem here..

    Im using the Athlon 2 CPU / And an Asus board. the m4a785tdm-evo board.

    Anyone have any info to offer on the connection between the ATI drivers and RAID???

    the problem im having is that im getting messages from the raid xpert tooltip saying drives are being plugged in and plugged out (obv noone is tampering with the wires unless theres a ghost in my house)

    My system:
    AMD Athlon X3 CPU
    ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO Motherboard
    4x 500gb WD caviar blue Sata II hds
    configured in raid 10 via raid utility

    everything was working great untill this morning i saw a message come up about it going critical. all 4 drives are there but 2 have left the raid.. and are showing up as single disks that need to be formatted (obv i dont want to format them they are my mirror drives)

    what the hell is going on? what can i do? how do i make these drives rejoin the raid10 array??
