    bluetooth not working in windows 7


    hi,

    i have a samsung mobile phone with bt option. i also have a bt dongle but i cannot transfer music via bt. my pc recognizes the phone but when i transfer a music file, windows shows: transfer was unsuccessful. upon transferring the file from my pc to my phone, windows recognizes my phone. status is paired but it just cannot transfer this.

    how do i solve this issue? are there bt settings that i should consider changing?

    Hello Ginmardo,

    Have you tried pairing the two together so you can access your PC files from your Phone.

    I have mine set that way (I use a Samsung Tocco Lite) and it is so much easier as you don't have to be at the PC to transfer but it does have to be on of course.
