Hi,

Please can someone let me know if the memory listed below will work with the motherboard?

No. That memory is DDR3 and the motherboard only supports DDR2.

They're not listed on the qualified memory list, but you should be OK with that combination. Not being listed doesn't mean that it won't work, it just means that that particular combination hasn't been tested.
