    Hard to know.
It's not a bad idea to download WD's diagnostics from their website.
Also, CrystalDiskInfo is a useful utility to monitor the SMART data of your HDD.

Sounds like a defective motor in the drive to me. As mjf stated though, it's hard to really know.

My opinion if it's making a noise you can hear now RMA it. It's not like it needs to be broke in or anything.

Clearly it's bothering you so a return may give you peace of mind.
But it's still a good idea to have diagnostics at hand. All drives will die - a bit of warning helps.

OK i will download HD Tune Pro and check it but giving back for warranty replacement is not a good idea for me in my country these losers take's at least 25 days to replace it i really dont know why... i want to make sure first that it's any fault/defect or not coz few months ago i got my WD Caviar Green after more than a month so it really sucks here.

Send it back. It shouldn't make any loud noises.

It's hard to know, since in my experience with Hard Drives, when the power to them is cut (shutting down a PC, for example) some of them tend to make a noise like you described - not too loud, but not inaudible either. It could be normal, but that depends. Some drives will automatically stop spinning before the PC shuts off, which removes any such noise, but there are others that wont stop spinning and will produce that noise.

For peace of mind, check it with some drive tools, like WD Diagnostics. But to be 100% sure, I'd backup my data somewhere safe and send it back for replacement if you can.
