Huge display problem I can't find the fix to, please help

I purchased a new led monitor and everything looked perfect, my son messes around in the windows 7 color calibration settings and all my whites look pink now..I even did a new install and all whites are still pink....im wondering if this calibration is stuck somewhere? i reset the monitor to factory settings as well

type color into the start menu search bar, and "calibrate display color" should come up.

Run through that and set it how you want it

Whoa! LiquidSnak beat me to it, but I use this instead:

    Click Start Orb
    Type: dccw <enter>
    Follow the instructions

do you have a video card??--it's control panel 'may' be the best place to adjust the color--check your color temperature settings (cool=bluish, warm=reddish) also your GAMMA setting can have an affect that could cause the pinkish hue--and--once the settings are in place, they will affect the appearance regardless of the device it's plugged into...of course it's difficult to adjust the color when you're starting with 'pink'

IF you have a separate graphics card AND onboard graphics--try connecting the monitor to the onboard--IF problem goes away--then perhaps the Graphics card is hosed.
