RAT5 not moving

I am having a weird problem with my RAT 5 mouse. for some reason, when i plug it in, it takes about a minute for both my laptop and my desktop to connect my mouse to the cursor and move the cursor when i move the mouse. yet, i can use the buttons as soon as it is plugged in. anyone else have this problem? have any way to solve it?

Hi,

I just want to reassure you: I have the same problem on my desktop with Windows 7 Ultimate x64, but I just tried on my laptop with Windows 7 Pro x86 and it works 100% fine.

I'm guessing there is a problem with a recent Windows 7 64 bit update?

Moving the MBR
Short version: I had an IDE drive, I ran Windows XP on it. I get a new SATA Drive. I then dual boot them with Windows 7 on the SATA drive. Now since I had the IDE drive first the MBR placed itself there. I want to remove the IDE drive now because it's just adding heat to the case and making...

Moving from 32-bit to 64-bit
I'm looking to buy a PC that comes with Windows 7 Pro 32-bit pre-installed. I want to wipe that and do a fresh install with 64-bit. First, will the license work with both? Second, how would I go about getting the 64-bit version?
