Hard Drive Advice please

I just got a bunch of new storage today 1 ea Fantom Greendrive Esata External 2tb
and a 1.5 tb WD15EARS w/ 64mb Cache. I usually manage my system and os's through partitioning and storing nothing on my C:// drive aside from the OS and installed software this way I can change reformat ugrade/downgrade at will and not lose anything. My question is this; should I go about getting my boot/OS partition on my new HDD(1.5 WD15EARS) or leave it where it is now, i.e. 150GB partition of one of the 640's. I guess I'm wondering if the extra 32 MB of Cache will better serve my system with the primary partition/os using the 64, or is it better suited as a secondary storage drive aiding in data transfer of larger files?
Am I making any sense at all?
Thanks in advance for your help.

If nothing is going to be RAIDed together, I'd download CrystalDiskMark or something similar and figure which drive is going to be the fastest, and use that for OS. Keep in mind that partitioning a drive is going to cause some lags in performance, esp when transferring from one partition to another the same physical drive.
