SD Card RAW/Corrupt After Using It With Windows

I took my SD Card out of my phone and plug it into a computer with a fresh install of Windows 7. I copied my songs over my it froze (the copy window, not the OS). I took it out and plugged it back into my phone and now it says it's corrupt. I plug it into Windows and it wants to reformat it. I have all kinds of pictures and stuff that are important.

What can I do to fix this?

I've just tried that and got the follow:
The type of the file system is RAW.
CHKDSK is not available for RAW drives."

    Hi Powerpuff Girls,

Girl or girls? Twins? ... Not to worry.:)

Plug in only your MicroSD card. ( Please safely remove any other external drives, Flash drives etc.,)

Launch Partition Wizard, on the left Pane click on Partition Recovery Wizard > Next > Select your MicroSD card > Next > Full Disk > Next > Quick Scan > Next. Allow the quick scan to complete. At the end of the quick scan you will get a window showing all the found partitions (like the one below). Post a screenshot of it. After you have taken the screenshot click on Cancel button on that Window and close PW. You can run it again after getting further instructions from me.

    Hi Powerpuff Girls,

The file system on your MicroSD Card seems to be corrupted.

As I work on it, for the time being, run Quickscan with Partition Wizard again. When the Partition is shown as in your last screenshot, select it if it is not already highlighted and double click on it. Does it show all your files? Post a screenshot. If on the other hand if it puts out any error message, post the screenshot of it.After that click on the square at the left to put a tick mark and post the screenshot to show how the preview map at the bottom shows up.After these three screenshots Cancel and close PW as before.

And do upload the screenshots to Seven Forums Servers and not a third party server. I had already given the link but you seem to have ignored it. Bubbles and Buttercup missing. I repeat:

    Hi,

Nothing happens when I click it; I've tried double-clicking it, and nothing happens. When I click the Finish button, I get the this message:

My instructions were very clear. "After that click on the square at the left to put a tick mark and post the screenshot to show how the preview map at the bottom shows up.After these three screenshots Cancel and close PW as before."

I never asked you to click on Finish. By jumping instructions, or not carefully following it and doing things on your own, you are making any recovery difficult. I do not know what you did further. Did you say Yes or No?

Please repeat Quick Scan and post the screenshot like the one shown above. After posting click on Cancel and close PW. Am I clear?

Data Recovery is not a joke. One wrong click, and you will be worse off and spoiling any chances of successful recovery.

I clicked no. I redid the scan and slicked the box which put a checkmark in the box, and then clicked the box at the bottom (Preview) like in your screenshot. After I did that the screen disappeared and see the screen that I've seen before, which is PW. No files or errors.
