Normally not a good idea - under the circumstances - I think you will have to.

See if you can start up after that.

If not , try the boot disc - you may need to use the partition recovery function.

Wow. I force-restarted and the miracle happened. Everything was fine ( from what i see ). The 153 GB was allocated to the C drive already. But the unallocated space still remained as it is. I have already created the partition for it.
