would it be worth the extra 20 bucks for arctic silver 9+cleaning kit over the 'stock' thermal grease?

Windows 7 Ultimate (x64)

I recently bought a new CPU fan/cooler and it came with the thermal paste already applied to it. I found that simply using this "stock" paste was way easier than cleaning it off and applying another one. Previously, I had to apply a thermal paste when I had removed the old fan and had to put it back (I was moving the PC innards to a new case and followed the manual; in reality I did not need to remove that cooler). The new paste (I got Noctua NT-H1) did not really improve the CPU temperatures, maybe a little, but certainly not worth the trouble.

Arctic Silver 5?
Hi. Last week I took my laptop apart to give it it's first good clean since buying it, and god did it need it because the amount of crap that had built up was like a felt strip across the mail vent. So when I was in CCL last week I bought a little tube of AS5, but when I've searched this...
