Problems with Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1

First of all, I must say I had the driver and the device center installed and working perfectly with my cell phone, which runs Win Mobile 6.
But, I had to hardreset my cell, and then the problems began.
The windows refuses to recognize my mobile device, it appears as Unknown Device. I thought: It must be a problem with the device center. So I uninstalled the mobile center and the driver. I downloaded, from the official microsoft website, the device center and everytime i try to install it, this error appears:

Anyone has any idea of what i should do?

There is a download you can get from Samsung to solve the problem:
It is a Samsung USB Driver installer on the Samsung site. download.samsung.com

another thing to try is to uncheck the checkbox under usb to pc in the connections window.
