ok, running it now. Will let you know if anything comes up
OK, there must be a reason why you can't change the settings, but I don't know what it is. At least you have no viruses etc which could be causing it.

I found the solution. Bluetooth Support Service startup type was set to Manual. I changed it to Automatic and it works now. Thanks for all the replies.
