Bottle neck and other troubles with RAM and GPU

Hi!, my english is not so good, i need to know how avoid bottle necks on my hardware and I want to know things you need for help me. I am using a 4 years old pc with windows 7 sp1 x86, it has AMD Athlon 64 x2 dual core 4200+ 2.20 Ghz, 2x 1GB RAM DDR2 kingston hyperx dual channel 1066 Mhz, these are my RAMs :Kingston Technology Company - Kingston Memory Search - Search Results for: KHX8500D2/1G but the computer it recognize like 800 Mhz do not know for what (1066 Mhz and DDR2 i think, and the PC recognizes it 800 Mhz, because have windows 7 x86 or 32 bits or BIOS does not be actualized, can it be?) #1, integrated GPU nvidia 256MB Gforce 6150 nforce 430 (actualized drivers) (i want change for GPU card and i do not know wich more convenient) i think does not support BR (no 3D, do not interest me on that, because my CPU not supports) i only want for common BR. Specialy for movies, not games, do not interest me the games so much. this consult is because when i am watching movie with PowerDVD10 Ultra mark II actualized, the CPU usage increase to 100% in 2 cores and the RAM is on 20%. I think that is because my GPU is integrated (CPU entire work) . So, i want a GPU that support play a BR and free my CPU usage and it have HDMI for BR and VGA ports #2, on mother Asus m2n-mx se plus, power 500W standard. I used to computer for surfing on internet, see movies (like multimedia centre, i would like play common blu-ray not 3D, with powerDVD10 or newer, but yes DVD transformed 3D on maximun quality) and run others programs (few gaming).
1 Why? how can I do for fix it?
2 ATI, nVidia? DDR2, DDR3? 256MB, 512 or 1GB? What models? nothing exceed to the use without create conflicts (i want to buy a gpu, trouble is it has that be equilibrated to my hardware)
3 and 4 that no exist, lol, i will change HDD for this pc, X? GB or X? TB? and windows 32 bits or 64 bits?
I will buy new pc when windows8 of whatever mode. Should i change other things? Guys, thanks a lot.

You can change that to 1066 in your BIOS

The 440GT and HD5670 GPUs are good choices

    Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100287L Radeon HD 5670 (Redwood) 512MB 128-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ATI Eyefinity

Newegg.com - MSI N440GT-MD1GD3/LP GeForce GT 440 (Fermi) PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video

Adding another 1GB of RAM will drastically improve performance

2 ATI, nVidia? DDR2, DDR3? 256MB, 512 or 1GB? What models? nothing exceed to the use without create conflicts (i want to buy a gpu, trouble is it has that be equilibrated to my hardware)

Both ATI and Nvidia are good, the choice is up to you
    Your Board only supports DDR2
The Hard disk capacity depends on the amount of data you will be storing, 500GB-1TB will be a good choice for you
Stay with 32-bit as 64-bit will require more than 4GB of RAM to be effective

Please fill in your specs so that we can better assist you

on a side note try not to jumble (run together) all your sentences) break paragraphs up and use punctuation please, its very very hard to read your post! also the info provided is good info and yes please fill out your system specs!!

also to answer your "bottle necking question" the bottle neck will be the slowest item with in the equation called your computer, meaning it will be the SLOWEST item in your machine.

to use cars (not sure if your a gear head or not but this is the best way i can explain it), if your CPU is a ferrari running at 800 KMH/MPH (you pick the one thats best suited to where you live) and your Hard drive is a modle T running at 50 MPH/KPH, your computer will slow down to the device speed that is at 50MPH/KPH as all hard ware will run at the same speed as every thing else, you can slow down but wont be able to speed up. so your 800MPH/KMH Ferrari (CPU) will be stuck at the model T (Hard drive) 50MPH/KMH speed as that will be the slowest component speed.

Thank you so much yowanvista, I apreciate your help! So, i will try to change on bios to 1066 Mhz (i have my PC on other place), but if on bios only say 800 Mhz as max?

The 440GT and HD5670 GPUs are good choices.

That is, in case if i change the PC or monitor because my monitor only is VGA port.
if only i want a GPU to play BR. what are the minimum requirements for play common bluray?

    how about this?
when i am watching movie with PowerDVD10 Ultra mark II actualized, the CPU usage increase to 100% in 2 cores and the RAM is on 20%. Why?

Adding another 1GB of RAM will drastically improve performance
My question, what are more convenient so, 2 GB dual channel or 3 GB single channel? 3 GB single channel, aren`t it? i have understood windows 7 32 bits only recognize until 3 GB RAM, and if i put 4 GB single channel or 2x 2 GB dual channel i will lost 1 GB.

    Your Board only supports DDR2.
    About RAM, not? GPU whatever?

Thanks again! and i sorry if i did a lot of questions, i want finish with doubts .

If 800MHz there is nothing to do about it. You can try to update your BIOS
That is, in case if i change the PC or monitor because my monitor only is VGA port.
if only i want a GPU to play BR. what are the minimum requirements for play common bluray?
    Both will play BR
when i am watching movie with PowerDVD10 Ultra mark II actualized, the CPU usage increase to 100% in 2 cores and the RAM is on 20%. Why?
PowerDVD is a known CPU Hog, use WMP12 instead
Adding another 1GB of RAM will drastically improve performance

Add another 2GB module since you already have 1GB. This will make a total of 3GB which more convenient for 32-bit systems
    About RAM, not? GPU whatever?
If you board supports PCI Express x16 then all GPUs will work but your PSU will limit your choices to mid-range GPUs listed above

PowerDVD is a known CPU Hog, use WMP12 instead
So, there are not troubles with integrated GPU and RAM, the problem is the aplication, wich increase the CPU usage. Is that?
Does Powerdvd only use CPU and not RAM and GPU? WMP12 do not look very well the videos in comparison, other one?

    Both will play BR
I know those GPUs will play BR, but I need a GPU low-range that play BR (please) because these GPUs at my country cost 100 dollars more. Bestial difference on price; in other case I will have to wait that someone bring since Europe (65 euros).
My board supports PCI Express x16.

Thanks!!! again again! U r rocks!

Yes, PowerDVD is a CPU hog

These 2 GPUs above are the best options for the price and they cost less than $100
