I have been following their website for over 9 months now. As much as I loved my first C-64 & SX-64, I think these are over-priced

waaaaaay over-priced for a bit of nostalgia.

where's the zx spectrum version, with the rubber keys??

or the zx80/81, with no 'keys'?

those were the days - when men were men, and computers were crap

At this very moment I'm looking at "Red Storm Rising" for the C-64.
Complete with the keyboard overlay, manual, and 5.25" floppy disk.
It's still in pretty good shape, too!

Now I realize the recent incarnation of the C-64 is not the original, although I hear an emulator is included, it's still fun to look at. Does it actually have a drive that will read an old disk like this?

    Fun!! Memories!! Nostalgia!! Oh my!

My girlfriend at the time bought me a C-64 as birthday present.
Little did she know that she was soon to become a computer widow.
That was when my addiction began.
And when I learned how important a semicolon's placement was in programming.
(Don't beg- I won't tell you how long it took me to find that damned semicolon error!)

The Commadore was my first computer. I had to learn DOS to use it. Sure wish I remembered that now. I also bought the first modem that came out to go with it. 9.6 baud, and when you got it to work right, there was no place to go; just a few bulletin boards where you could leave a message.

You didn't learn DOS on a Commodore.

Thanks Doc. I just knew it was something I did not know how to do. Didn't remember what it was called.
