    For ram, look here.

For the graphics card, any card will do. If you're unsure what card to get, have a look here.

    Thanks buddy help!
What is you mean by "DDR2 667Mhz (PC5300)"?
Is it "Max Bandwidth"? If it so, i have to buy " 667Mhz" or lower than Bandwidth DDR2 ram? If I'm wrong please correct me!

You should buy a DDR2 667Mhz RAM stick. DDR2 667 is also known as PC2-5300
