Again, it's obvious that it wasn't. As in the original post, running it from winsat disk -v, showed in the "DOS box" that it was testing Disk 1 ..... move the Program Files default directory back to C:\ and running it from winsat disk -v showed that it was testing from Disk 0.
I think we have a slight misunderstanding here I was talking about the WEI when ran over the Control Panel
