    Windows keeps rebooting

Today after school I turned on my computer and went on the internet for about 1 min. My computer froze and I got some error which brought up my cmd and then my computer shut down (I could not read the error on time) So I then rebooted and turned my computer back on and my moniter got all of these crazy lines and froze so once again, I switched my computer off and back on I then went into safe mode and uninstalled my graphics card from the devices menu and I have my bios set up so i can but up from my onboard gpu. I fought this would fix the problem, but no
I attempted to boot up and now my windows kept freezing after like 10 seconds, I went into safe mode and went to system restore and performed that and now my computer wont even boot!
This is just my luck the day I get off for easter my computer stops working fml

hi there:) have a read of brinks tutorial How to Do a Repair Install to Fix Windows 7 Repair Install

this may help you restore the pc

    Do a Repair installation if:
A System Restore did not help fix your Windows 7.
There is no other easier option left that can fix your Windows 7.
You DO NOT want to do a Clean reinstall of Windows 7.
You DO want to preserve your user accounts, data, programs, and system drivers.
