I'm not enthusiastic about your motherboard choice. It's one of those quasi-AM3 boards based on an old nVidia chipset. They're basically AM2 boards, although they have been adapted to take DDR3 RAM. I think that you can get boards with AMD chipsets for roughly the same price. As you're planning on using a discrete graphics card, it may be well to avoid a board with onboard graphics. (It ought to work OK, but I've read of people having problems getting graphics cards to work in systems with onboard video.

The graphics card may not be the best price/performance choice. Here's a freshly posted comparison of many cards:

    VGA Charts Spring 2011

SLI (nVidia) or Crossfire (AMD/ATI) means two cards working together. Higher performance, at the price of two cards. (In the past, boards with AMD chipsets haven't supported SLI, only Crossfire.)

I might prefer a Radeon 5770 to a GTS 450, if you're stuck on price. If you want nVidia, a GTX 460 is much superior to a GTS 450, at a somewhat higher price. (There are three basic forms of the 460, just to confuse things. The 1GB version has the best performance, at the highest price.)

You've picked a good power supply. Wise.
