First boot would be DVD/CD and Second boot Hard disk on many motherboards but I don't know if you can set yours that way as Wishmaster has pointed out.

So it may be best to follow Wishmasters instructions in above post #69 and I quoted below.
    If yours does this:

On a Gigabyte board, when the motherboard splash screen comes up, just press F12 (I think it is .. please confirm) for a Advanced Boot screen.

Select CD/DVD drive and it will then boot from the CD/DVD.
    I think we covered everything.

I'm a bit late on this, but as a Gigabyte MOBO owner just want to say that all the settings in those screenshots look perfect to me. Happy days with the SSD

Your always fashionably late to the party!!!

It is getting late in Europe so we may not hear back until tomorrow U.S. time.
Or he is trying to wear it out already!

    I have done everything,

ANCI in bios, install win 7,install ati catalyst run WEI,install all my programs, etc,i finish and i shutdown the pc.

Today at i start the pc and mbam! BSOD,restart, tried to enter safe mode but it freeze,so i press the reset button and this time i enter windows but again BSOD,restart BSOD,restart and enter windows, run the WEI and hdtune read benchmark.

So i set in bios to IDE,reinstall windows, install ati catalyst, run WEI hdtune read benchmark and here im in IDE mode.

I upload the 2 WEI and the 2 hdtune read benchmarks in IDE and ANCI.

Im not good in reading benchmarks,so can you tell me which is faster IDE or ANCI?

AHCI is generally accepted to maximize performance. Do you have the latest firmware?

You mean in the above HDTue benchmark ANCI shows faster?

    Any advice for further steps?
