BUILDING TO ORDER

My son came to me to convert an old PC to just use on the Internet, however the one he bought didn't even have an Ethernet connector, so I dread to think what the rest was like.

Would likec some ideas for a pc for just Internet.

Depends what you mean by bare minimum. This is a firm I have used in the past. You can configure your own pc and they will build it.
