You're welcome - had to do real life things for a bit - got a bit distracted.

    Glad it worked for you.

    Here you go:

    Put bootsect.exe in windows system32.

Rt click on the 100 mb partition and give it a letter e.g. S

Rt click your win7 partition and Activate

Then rt click and run as admin on nt6bootrepair.

In Select partition to inactivate dropdown, select S and click Set Inactive.

Under Auto Boot Repair Select Active partition , select C

Under Auto Boot Repair Select Windows partition, also select C

    Click Apply.

    Restart pc.

    You're done.

Boot free Partition Wizard bootable CD (link above), take a camera snap, attach and post it back or write out the listings for each partition. If it will start post up the Disk Mgmt drive map with listings showing all columns.

The standard repair method is to mark the Win7 partition or it's 100mb System Reserved partition (preferred) Active using PW CD, then click on the HD to highlight it, from Disk tab select Rebuild MBR, Apply all steps.

If Win7 doesn't start, boot into Installation DVD or Repair CD, accept any offered Repair. If Win7 doesn't start, boot back in to run Startup Repair up to three separate times with reboot until Win7 starts.

Post back screenshot with results if necessary.
