My High End Workstation dosent work when I install Windows 7 64bit

    Hi,

I have the following workstation configuration :

PROCESSOR - Dual (two processors) - Xeon E5520
    8M Cache, 2.26 GHz, 5.86 GT/s Intel® QPI

MOTHERBOARD - Intel Workstation board S5520 SC

    GRAPHICS CARD
    - Palit Nvidia GeForce GTX 275 (986 MB) Dual DVI out

    RAM - DDR3 1333 MHz 6 GB (G-Skill)

MONITORS - 2 are connected (Samsung Sync Master 2233 & NEC Accusync LCD 224WXM)

CURRENT OPERATING SYSTEM - Windows XP 64 bit

The problem with the above configuration is that when I try to install Windows 7, the machine freezes (hangs) randomly, I have tried formatting and installing for at-least 4-5 times now but what happens is the setup doesn't work and stops during installation, last time the setup was successful but it hangs the workstation without any reason. I have also tried installing the same CD on other system and it works fine.

Can anybody help me out with the problem!!!!
