[HELP] Drive D: Rare Issue

As u can see, few programs coz i just formatted my PC again due to the same issue.
My Drive D says 154 GB free that seemed no files are on it yet.
But even if I installed programs, still it will say the same thing
Even when i looked into properties, it would even say 154 GB free even if there's
already a used space. Here are some screenshots for more info:

I havent encounterred any changes due to this issue
but still im hoping this would be fixed since im still worried about it.
It's not the way it should be so im thinking this is a problem that needs to be fixed.

I had some BSODs recently and I'm wondering why. I'm almost certain that it's a driver problem so I turned on the driver verifier. Also, I'm going to run the memtest overnight (I ran a short 6 min test without errors, but that's certainly not enough) This is a gamer laptop, but I'm constantly...

Rare BSOD became far too common
Attached the latest W7F Diagnostic zip. It all seems to have started on the 19/12/12, early in the morning when I turned the computer on before going to college. I logged in, then went to have my wash. On returning to the computer, it was magically back at the login screen. I didn't think much of...

Rare BSOD; unable to recreate
I built this PC for my dad for Christmas 2011, so the computer is about 7 months old. He has reported recently that he has experienced a couple BSODs (at least 2 but possibly 5 or more). It's my dad's work computer so this is a bit embarrassing and unacceptable on my part. It's been rock solid for...
