I would assume that you defrag hybrids (not too often though). The SSD part is only an extra "buffer" and the data on the disk follows the pattern of a HDD. Here is some more on it: http://blog.raxco.com/blog/all-things-perfectdisk-and-defrag/hybrid-drives-and-do-i-need-a-hybrid-drive-defrag
