USB3 doesn't seem to be operational

    After reading through this I suspect that your USB3 card is not OK you should maybe take it back and try to get another one

    Solution: either u havent enabled USB 3.0 in your BIOS or u have but your pci-e frequenzy is over 100. To make usb 3.0 work u need to set pci-e frequenzy to 100, even if its 101 <- usb 3.0 ports wont work. Don't know if its on all mobos but atleast on few.
