Temperature monitor software can be misleading. I have three programs (downloaded) and the Intel Desktop Utilities monitor that came with my Intel motherboard. All four report different temperatures (some as much as 10 to 15 deg C difference).

Just noting that different programs will show different results. Then you have to decide which one to believe. A couple of degrees plus or minus isn't a big deal.

Speed fan shows my cores as 0-33 and 1,2,3 at 29. SIW shows the cores from 38 to 44 deg. SPECCY shows them about the same as SIW. The Intel program only shows one temp, 52 C for the CPU.

I use Speccy and HWMonitor, both provide almost identical results.
