    Format and Reinstall Windows 7 on SSD


    Hi, I want to reinstall Windows 7 on my OCZ Vertex 2 SSD. I was wondering if formatting and reinstalling would hurt the SSD. Any tips?

    Do not format. Delete the partitions on your SSD, then use secure erase from the OCZ toolbox and reinstall from the Windows 7 DVD.
