It's time to get on the phone and call a friend... You'll only need his/her card for 10 minutes... that is if you can't snag one from somewhere else in the house. Let's find out for sure if it's the card or the board.

Agreed, it's very odd... but together I think we've covered just about all the bases we can without the benefit of another card to test. I don't want to suggest spending money until we're sure of the problem.

Well system does crash, at least i think so since it replays last sound over and over, however, it does not shut down (and video cards fan goes nuts) and due to monitor loosing signal first i cant really tell what exactly happened.

I sent the card back to manufacturer ( its still under warranty :)) so they can tell me if something is wrong with it..

    P.S.

THANK YOU so much guys for helping me with this nightmare

Ok Zet, post back when you get it back.
If your systen was did crash you would have the Blue Screen of Death, no sound or anything. "Windows has shut down to protect your system or some meesage like that

This is why I'm slightly leaning toward a PSU issue. Also, those cards normally run that hot, that's actually not bad for that type of card.

Everything else looks normal. At this point, you're gonna have to test the system with a spare GPU, or spare PSU. If you can't do either, maybe you have a local shop that will look at it for a few bucks?

I had a bad GTX260 and it would just lock the machine up and the last sound would just play over and over for a few seconds and then I'd have to hit the reset button on the PC.
But mine didn't shut down the monitors, just had a frozen corrupted image on the screens.
