You can't try to find a common numerical "value" to associate with your hardware to figure out the bottleneck.
Ive come accross a "kind of, but not" link in mhz to MB/s. unfortunatly it was highly dependant on software.

    A ram disc benchmarked on ddr2 333mhz.

from the best 4k results this ram gave roughly 500MB/s, and the worst gave 0.6MB/s.

just interesting for myself more than evidence of a common value / link

There is no common link between the two, plain and simple. You can't take a RAM benchmark and somehow apply it to a processor. I'm honestly not sure why you are still spending this much effort trying to chase a non-existent comparison.

You can't look at anything performance-wise for one part and apply it to another. There are two many variables. The MB/s that are listed for a memory chip/kit are largely dependent on the motherboard's chipset, what was used to test, the processor driving the system, etc.

I'm trying to be helpful and save you a lot of time. You can't quantify each part using the same scale. I know you are trying to find out what part is your slowest/bottleneck, but that also depends on what you are trying to do with your system. My best advice is to focus on that and enjoy your system, rather than waste your time chasing something that doesn't exist.
