Hello, do you have a separate graphics card installed? this may have nothing to to with RAM but graphics ro some other problem. Is anything else running when you get freezes? Does someone else have access to your PC and installed some crapware?
Run SFC /scannow

How to fill out system specs.

No seperate card installed. I'm using lastest graphic driver, from motherboard site. No virus, or spy. Computer freezes when high mem or cpu usage. (when norton is scanning or too many tabs are open in opera)

I would also make sure that your computer is clean and all cooling is working properly.
CPu fan is running. Cpu heat is 50-60 C after freezing. 40-50 C when idle.

to be sure use some compressed air or hoover with long plastic nozel to clear the ram slots before running the tests just to make sure they are clean and clear of anything, things as small as hair have been known to cause ram failure.

if after the memtest there isn't any faults then dwarf and seeker and fumz will be better able to assist you if they can rule out the ram as a possible problem.

cpu's don't tend to run once they go, it's a case of cpu dead....nothing happens at all, likewise with ram, however ram can post and boot when faulty and then fail shortly after when data tries to pass through the bad blocks.
I think Memtest doesnt show true results for ram. Memtest is freezing in first 3-5 min sometimes, sometimes not. It's random. I think, cpu is running too, when memtest is running. And it can be Cpu, reason for the freeze. I will try memtest for a long time, if I have time.

(sorry for my english, hard to describe my condition with bad english. And thanks everyone who try to help me. )

That is a hot CPU. Maybe the system is freezing due to overheating. have you taken the CPU cooler off for any reason?
If so you may not have applied or properly applied new thermal paste.

For memory test, try booting into Windows Repair, push F8 repeatedly during boot-up and slect memory diagnostice and see if it will run from there...several hours is best.
