Thank you for the information. I will look into it. One thing I did find out is that I have to look for processors that are compatible with my Laptops MTB (Motherboard). Do you know how I can do so?
That's why I suggested doing the research above, which you stated you had done already (but maybe I read that part wrong). If the proc can be upgraded, find out what people are upgrading them to. If you chat with the right Dell agent, they may tell you what it can be upgraded to, if anything. If you find people who are able to upgrade the proc, you'll find out what mobile procs they are using and if they have heat issues. It's risky regardless, and one of the reasons I will not buy a laptop for personal use.

Either way, a simple Google search should yield some results.
This is awesome stuff, thanks! I didn't know this was a very risky to do (which is seriously stupid of me) but I didn't even think of my system being absolutely fried due to a change of a processor )Which, again, is very stupid of me as I would notice these kind of things). My system being absolutely fried due to my silly actions is the ever-last thing at the far end of my mind. What I'll do, to reduce the risk of this, is take on your advice and speak to a DELL Agent to see if they can recommend any Proc's and do a little searching around. You have some REP coming your way. Well deserved. I will let you know what I have found.

No. I looked through all the 1545's documentation and found nothing on temps.
It seems, however, the P-series CPU have a TDP of 25W while the T-series is 35W, so the Core series may run cooler.
I want to say thank you so much for devoting your time into looking through the DELL Inspiron 1545's documentations. Well deserved REP will be respectively credited for your help and you doing that. So you're saying if I was to get a Core series processor, the system will run cooler?

Thanks for the Rep! Based on the TDP figures of the procs Britton30 found, I would expect it to run a little cooler, yes. More so, it would use less power when on battery.

Okay, sorry I haven't posted in 2 days. Been busy with a lot of stuff. Today I'm planning on speaking to a Dell Tech Online and see what they come up with about upgrading my CPU.
