How did you know i'm not in the US?It looks fine to me!
I like the Lancoool series. I just got the newer PC-K57 and I love it. The PC-K57 doesn't come with the PCI card holder, but I bought it separately. Newegg.com - LIAN LI Lancool PC-K57 Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Your case is tool-less with good, if not great, air flow. It should be quiet with the fans it ships with. If you have all 4 fans going plus the CPU fan, you're more in the range of quiet, but not dead silent, I would suspect. Don't forget, it has an open top. Sound will come out. Still, an excellent case and choice.
Ships with:
Rear - 120mm 1500 rpm
Top - 2 x 140mm 1000 rpm
Front - 1 x 140mm 1000 rpm
You can't go wrong these days with an unlocked I5-2500k or an i7-2600k.
I've used the Samsung F3 HD103SJ and it was a speedy drive. I found the 32 MB cache to be be just fine. I loved the drive until I got into this SATA III madness and sprung for 2 WD drives. I should have kept the HD103SJ.

The only thing I see that you may want to improve on is the motherboard, in terms of slot flexibility and future card expansion. You're getting a full size case, you might as well get a full sized motherboard, provided it's at the same price or a few dollars more.
Measurements:
214mm x 496mm x 498 mm (W, H, D)
8.43 inches x 19.53 inches x 19.61 inches (W, H, D)
I know you're not in the US, so you can use the Newegg link as a reference.
Take a look at your board and third Gigabyte board. Much can be had for a few dollars more, provided the board is in your area. Newegg.com - Computer Hardware, GIGABYTE, Intel Motherboards, LGA 1155, Intel Z68
I will consider getting the full motherboard.
If you would have looked at the amount I'm getting 2 4GB sticks :)I have found that after 3 computers over the years, the RAM you have today will be insufficient in a few years. You show 4 GB of RAM which will do the job today, but 4 years from now I doubt it. I just bought a new computer and ordered 8GB of RAM just to be comfy for the future. I know you can easily add RAM if you need it later, but why not just put it in while you're building the computer. :)
