I had cleaned my fans the night before as my computer was not booting, after cleaning it worked played around for Maybe 4 hours, left it on awoke to a frozen black screen.

So what does that rule out/validate as the problem.

My original issue was 100% hardware, after the original cleaning and successful boot afterwards I got a Trojan in those 32 files, mindlessly deleted them causing my boot problems, but now my HDD CD/DVD seem to be having issues too.

Preventing me from fixing my boot Problems.

I also bought a new 2032 battery for my mobo yesterday.

Do you have any way to take any pics of your computer, Drives, pSU , Cables, etc ?

Then upload for us to get some visual ideas.

Even a YouTube video as one member did several months ago.

As you have been cleaning inside the case, power cables.

The only periphial I know of that will ask you to insert a disk if you try to access it is a Cd/DVD. If you have an installation disk or any bootable disk, try it.
