Memory not running at full speed
It is running at 1300MHz constantly and it is suppose to run at 1600MHz, any reason why? Specs at bottom.

Are you overclocking your build? If not, 1333Mhz is the fastest your RAM is going to go....that's officially what the AM3 boards support.
Memory: 4 x DIMM, max. 32GB, DDR3 2133(O.C.)/2000(O.C.)/1800(O.C.)/1600/1333/1066 MHz, ECC and non-ECC, un-buffered memory, Dual channel memory architecture
According to the specs it says it supports 1600 without overclocking.
Lots of googleing says the 1090T runs at 1333Mhz unless you overclock;
does AMD Phenom II X6 1090T support memory above 1333MHz? - [H]ard|Forum

I think you will find that 1600 speed is for the new Bulldozer CPU's when they come out. For AM3 which your x6 is, it is 1333. This might help explain it,
VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING AMD AM3 CPU's and RAM SPEEDS
If you have the memory speed set on Auto in the bios then it will default to what the memory controller supports. To get it to 1600 you'll have to set it manually.
