Mouse acceleration turned off only for the mouse, not the touch pad

    refer here:
    Windows 7 Mouse Acceleration Help!

    use the registry fix .... it works in win 7.....
    alternatly you can download FIX FROM HERE:
    Windows Mouse Things: The MarkC Windows 7 Mouse Acceleration Fix

    it has reg files for both enabling as well as disabling the mouse acceleration.

    I found a way through a script in AutoHotkey. For those interested in it, you can type here. And I'll give you instructions on how to do it.
