Usb device not recognized error

    In that case... please check in detail all the powersaving settings of your USB ports/drivers. Turn all powersaving off. If that does not work please upload your msinfo data (windows orb, type "msinfo"in searchfield, choose msinfo, save to file (html extension) and upload.

    how can i export as html?
    in start - run - msinfo32 there is no such function. i can save as NFO or TXT.

    the USB Hub with external power did not work...

    could you please also do a Perfmon /report (in the same search line) and this one you can save as a html and upload?
