Can I use another pc to attach the result as the affected pc was very slow in respone.

the rammon takes the information from the pc that you are running it on you could paste it to a email and send it to yourself then open up email on the other computer then copy and paste that way to the forum or make a document file in a folder and zip up the document and upload it to the forum CHOOSE TEXT AND WRITE TO FILE OPTION as in snapshot below
right click on the file
in context menu go to send to
click on compressed (zipped) folder

probably your HDD? try adjusting those wire that plugged at the back of your HDD i know its sounds odd but try
Its not likely to be the hard drive if you installed the OS on 2 different hard drives and came up with the same result. I have located your driver page on the MSI site- it has all compatible memory, bios updates etc - live update would be an excellent idea as it would update your bios - the manual is there also it may be worth studying so you could pick a incorrect bios setting to do with hard drives etc.
If the PC is too slow you could use the flash utility for the bios update and hope that fixes it -would be the safest under the circumstances - otherwise you might have an error and major problems

the ram looks fine both slots report identical settings so we have to establish why the slow running is happening.Try going to services (from search) and see if there are any services that are not needed. Go to task manager and see what appl, etc are using a lot of memory. Deactivate your Anti Virus, see if you get better performance. If your perfomance does improve without the A/V, you may want to change to another. oh i forgot to ask have you tried booting in safe mode ? to see if things speed up in safe mode windows loads just the basic drivers you may have a driver/s causing slow running.

Have not try boot into safe mode ,anyway the pc was install only with the win7 os 64bits with no other running software , anti virus. Have not install any driver also, the win7 os install all by itself. Any way thks all for the effort in solving my problem. Maybe will try updating the m/bd bios.

Your problem sounds like your MCH voltage is to low. Thats why it works fine with 2 sticks of ram vs 4. look in your bios and find out what your MCH voltage is. Try increasing it just a bit until it becomes stable. Dont go crazy with it Try 1.350 volts. Even though most boards support 4 sticks it does require some tweaking so the MCH gets enough voltage.
