Thanks Britton, I love computers I feel it is a passion and I feel this is the best place to come to ask for help, and always continue trying to help and to ask for it as well, : ]
I have taken time to think this one through, with just one 4 pin plug it worked, but it may just be possible that the CPU trying to pull too much power has damaged the 12v line for that plug which is why it didn't work when you put it back together. If this is the case then you will be on a time limit with the 12v line for the other plug. It would be a good idea to get your PSU tested or to start saving for a new PSU so you can replace it should it die on you again.
Well if that is the case, that line has been running on a 4 pin for about 4 years now ;P so I guess that time limit seems pretty long for me by then ill have a new build.
