Keyboard and touchpad are not responding

    Hello guys
I've got a little problem with my laptop. When I press the same button many times, entire keyboard and also touch-pad are getting stuck (not responding anyhow), but the Bluetooth mouse is functioning fine. Whatever I try can not fix it! The only thing to do is to restart the laptop, after restarting forking just fine, unless I start to press the same button many times (like if I will delete something with Backspace key, it is getting stuck)
Pleas help me! I tried everything I could read in google
    Thanks

by chance did you do your windows updates yesterday? after i did mine i had to restart again to get my mouse and keyboard working again. then in less than a minute after getting into the os i lost them again. this time i just moved their dongles to different usb ports and all seems to be o.k. now.

No actually I didn't! The thing is that I have this problem on that laptop since like 3 weeks, so even if I did update yesterday, anyway I had it from before!!!
So who has any idea about this problem ???
    Thanks

sounds like it's dropping the drivers. try opening device manager and keep it open, expand the section for your keyboard, then try to cause the problem to happen. when you loose the keyboard look to see if it disappeared in device manager as well. if it does then it is either the driver for they keyboard, or the connection to the laptops motherboard is either loose or faulty. if it does disappear from device manager try hooking up another keyboard and do the same thing just to see if it may be something else. if the laptop doesn't drop that keyboard first thing i would do is see if there are stand alone drivers for the built-in keyboard and touch-pad and reinstall them. then see if it drops the keyboard and touch-pad again.
