I can not connect Bluetooth devices.

    No luck with the sound device drivers, my system says they are all up to date.

    My only other idea is to reboot with dongle in and see if that helps. Reboot with it disconnected, then plug it in, or combinations of those steps.
    HMM, maybe the BIOS has some setting for Bluetooth? But your printer does print via Bluetooth.

    I'm having the smae problem


    Any luck getting it fixed? I'm having the same problem.

    I had the MediaLink USB Bluetooth dongle installed and working on this laptop. The boot partition got messed up last week. I reloaded Windows 7 from an HP Windows 7 - 64 Bit - SP1 install DVD. Did all of the updates. Everything works better but not this.

    I have an Arctic P311 Bluetooth headset that I use at work all the time and I've tried installing the software, uninstalling...

    When I try to add the heads set windows doesn't see it all.

    Nothing seems to work.
