Silly question, are you logged into an Admin account?
IS there a switch on the drive?

No it shows that even though I was able to remove the read only attribute I was not able to remove or change the '''Current state Read-Only Attribute'''

The CMD window is confusing. But you have the drive in a RAW state now.

I am unable to do anything with it as the Mbr is still advising the stick to be read only.
