Windows 7: USB - annoying "Device Can Perform Faster" message

The problem with mine was my motherboard, I also replaced my USB hubs with 2.0, even though the hubs that i had previously said they were 2.0 "well they were not 2.0". Mind you the PC upgrade was well worth it!

AMD 1090t x6 @ 4.2ghz, with 8GB DDR3 1333
Gigabyte HD5770 1GB (overclocked)
1.5TB HDD & 250GB HDD samsung SATA 2
1x 24" LCD 1920x1080, 1x 42" Plasma, 1x 50" Plasma 1920x1080.
TPG ADSL2/2+ 25mb/sec 130GB, 100mb/1GB/per sec, wired/wireless/bluetooth network.

Hi I'm getting the "USB 3.0 This device can perform faster. This USB Mass Storage Device can transfer information faster if you connect it to a Super-Speed USB 3.0 port" message even though the external disk is connected to a USB 3.0 port with a USB 3.0 cable. Any hints? Thanks

Annoying "Stopped working" Windows message
There is a windows message coming up on the middle of the screen every 5 minutes or so, warning that the "Dell Support Centre" has stopped working and that it will look for a solution. So what can I do to disable this annoyance or even all the "Not working" warnings since they are useless to me...

Hi, I receive the notification in the taskbar below whenever I turn on my USB 3.0 externals. I didn't get this when I first used these externals, this has only happened more recently, and happens with both the Vantec and Eagle Tech USB 3.0 enclosures I have. FYI: I'm using proper USB 3.0...
