    USB Hub and Internal Card Reader not working properly...


    I've got a couple of problems with my USB Hub and internal Card Reader. Both are generic so unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any drivers for them.

    USB Hub
    USB's and other devices work except my iPod cable. When I plug my iPod in through the hub, it connects but doesn't charge. If I use any other USB port, it charges fine. The model number is UH-315.

    Internal Card Reader
    The USB works but none of the other ports (SD, microSD etc.) do. I can't find a model number anywhere but the box does say:

    Internal card reader Multi in one

    Hopefully, that's enough to go on.

    A USB hub has to re-calculate the time left before the next sof (end of the uframe); the small extra delay added by the hardware hub could make the transaction not handled as fast as a device directly connected to the host. If several devices are connected on the USB hub and working in parallel (for example, a webcam + a USB flash drive + a mouse), then the USB bandwidth is shared among the devices usage. "
    I think that iPod is pretty sensitive on these things...

Internal Card Reader

I have a built in multi-card reader, seems to work fine. It shows up as 4 drives "G, H, I, J", and I only use "G". Is there a way to hide the other 3? Is there a way to change the drive letter(s)? Right clicking doesn't seem to give this option.
I Recently installed windows 7 on my Sony Vaio VGN-N170G and now my internal card reader Dossent work! it used to work with XP! any Help? :cry:
