Check your sound card is seated properly in its motherboard socket.

Check it is enabled in your BIOS.

Check your sound settings in Control Panel.

Check you have installed the correct drivers for it.

"Check it is enabled in your BIOS."

    How to check this?
My mainboard is asus p6x58d premium, and disabled onboard sound chip.

You say the onboard sound is disabled, which means your Creative sound card should install. (to get into the BIOS for your Asus computer you need to tap the Del key at startup, but we'll check what's showing in Control Panel first).

Do you see anything in Device Manager relating to your sound card?

Can you post a screenshot of your sound setup in Control Panel?

I checked sound card and cables, then I found volume controller has lowest level.
