It's possible on some Intel Motherboards:

Yes, it always has disabled trim. I have seen some here say that you can get trim with raid now, but have never seen it shown by anyone.
Some of the new Sata III controllers (Intel? possibly Marvell) allow TRIM in RAID.

Garbage collection works regardless of config.

    My spec is...
    Antec 1200 case. MSI Z68A-GD80-G3 board . i7 -2700K @4.2 GHZ. GTX 580 OC twin FrozR II 1536 Mb Graphics.Corsair Vengeance 16 GB PC3-12800C9 1600MHz RAM. Cooler Master Hyper 212+ CPU cooler. Crucial SSD M4 128 GB SATA 6Gb/s . X2 In RAID 0. 500 GB HDD. Crucial SSD M4 60GB.1200W PSU. ASUS Xonar D2X sound card.

Putting x2 SSD's in RAID almost doubled this bench mark.

Good data transfer speeds, but the access times are rather slow. I prefer it the other way around.

I noticed when gaming the loading bar that took ages before really flies across. I could do with another 580 in sli to be complete.

    Very nice Brittas, sweet rig!

To save you having to take photo's on your camera, use the 'snipper' tool in windows 7, its in Accessories.

Just open it, use the mouse to highlight the area of screen you wish to capture and then save it to your pictures.

Then when you want to add a pic to a post on here, click 'Manage attachments' then choose the file and upload it and voila

The only worry is that SSD's dont last that long.I better back some stuff up (game wise)

Don't worry. The SSD will last at least for 10 years (with normal usage).

The rumors that SSDs don't last long were exaggerated.

SSD Write Endurance 25nm Vs 34nm

The SSds are being written to as fast as possible to get actual life expectancy data.

They are lasting a very long time, much longer than the manufactures stated amount of writes.

At these amounts, an SSD will last a average user 10-20 years or more.
