Yea, I'm going to wait awhile and watch it; if nothing dramatic occurs then the Win 8 release would be a good time to erase I think.
I am willing to bet, that if you run the Intel SSD toolbox (SSD Optimizer) and then leave your PC on overnight at the login screen in safe mode; and then run the bench your results will be noticeably better.
