Answer is yes. And it will make some other automatic settings like defrag = off, etc.
Thanks WHS, do you yhink I can just delete the partitions during the reinstall or do I need to wipe the drive somehow? I read about HDDErase 3.3 and I can boot it off of a USB drive, but after the inital screens with the y/n answers, it just sits and does not seem to see my drives. I did change the SATA mode to IDE in the bios before booting up.
I would not bother with wiping. If you install Win7 and the SSD supports Trim, things will come in order over time.

Nice numbers, If you can try to let us know what brand and model SSD we are seeing. I can see this is probably an Intel 80GB but what model?
