USB 3.0 Port Not Working with USB 3.0 Devices

Hi everyone, I've looked around for similar threads, but nothing has resolved my problem so far.

    OS: Win7 Home Premium x64 SP1
    CPU: i7 720

About a week ago, my USB 3.0 port on my laptop stopped working with my WD 1TB USB3.0 MyPassport. The port works for 2.0 devices like my printer, but not my 2.0 portable drives. The WD 3.0 TB drive works on 2.0 ports. I've rolled back system restore to a date where I don't think the problem appeared yet, but to no avail. Couldn't find anything related to accusys. For some reason, my USB3.0 driver seems to have disappeared, but even after reinstalling the NEC 3.0 drivers with the driver disc the laptop came with, it doesn't seem to show up. Any ideas?

I cant remember where I got my drivers for my Nec 3.0 but they are on my computer saved and they work great. If you have trouble finding them I guess I could upload them to skydrive or something and give you the link. This is what there actually called now:
