Wow, I read all this post and all links within the post just to find that it's likely caused by an infected crack (which also happens to be the most common kind of crack). Wonder what it was doing with your free space though?

Okay, I wound up deleting the old log and just doing a full scan again since I disabled my storage drives. Didn't take too long. After the scan finished, everything was clear and no suspects came up.

See post #91.
There I've given instructions based up the Startup.Txt file which you posted.
After carrying out post #91, then create a new startup.txt file and attach to your next post.
From Post # 91:
| MSCONFIG | ENTER | STARTUP tab |
Uncheck ALL except for:
avast "C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\avastUI.exe" /nogui
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware "C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamgui.exe" /starttray
REBOOT
AFter doing that, then once again create and upload startup.txt
Sorry, I'm not following, this is what I did after I ran the scan the first time. The startup.txt file is after the scan. I'll do it again though.
Edit: Okay here it is. It's the same startup list.
